Refund policy
We accept returns of new, unused, non-defective items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email hello@rebeccajanewoolbright.com. We’ll reply with instructions and a return authorization. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you prefer, we can provide a prepaid return label and deduct the carrier’s cost from your refund.
Exchanges: We don’t offer exchanges. Please place a new order once your return is approved.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Sale items and gift cards are final sale. Custom or personalized items, perishable goods, personal care items, and hazardous/flammable materials are not eligible for return.
Damages and issues: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
EU customers: If your order ships to the European Union, you have a 14-day right to cancel or return for any reason. Items must be new/unused with original packaging.
